Web 3.0 · The ANT Model

The Autonomous Network of Trust.

Everyone is being handed an AI. Almost no one gets to keep it. wyck.ai is building the opposite — a peer-to-peer mesh where every person owns a sovereign personal AI. Yours learns you. Nothing leaves without your consent. And still — the whole colony grows wiser.

Sovereign by default/ Private by contract/ Collective by evolution/ Built on engram memory
01 — The Thesis

Your AI should be yours. Your memory should be private. Yet intelligence is worthless in isolation.

The centralized model gives you a borrowed assistant that quietly feeds one master brain. The ANT Model inverts it. Each person runs an autonomous node — a personal AI bound by its own contracts and protections. Nodes connect peer-to-peer, like neurons, like an ant colony. No node is exposed; no signal is harvested in silence. Only the good evolution — knowledge that proves true and useful — propagates across the mesh. Every connected entity learns. Every connected entity is protected. That is the Autonomous Network of Trust.

02 — First Principles

Four laws hold the colony together.

01 🜂

Sovereign by default

Your node, your data, your model weights of memory. Ownership is the ground state — not a setting you have to find, and never something we can revoke.

02

Bound by contract

Every node operates under explicit, enforceable contracts and protections. What gets shared is shared on your terms — to whom, for what, for how long.

03

Collective evolution

Validated knowledge — the good evolution — propagates peer-to-peer through the mesh. Every node teaches the colony; every node learns from it.

04

Engram substrate

A living memory layer underneath it all. Private recall for you, a synthesis plane for the colony — the pheromone trail the whole network thinks across.

03 — Topology

How a thought travels the network.

From a single sovereign node to colony-wide understanding — without a central brain and without a silent harvest.

Layer 01

Node

A personal AI provisioned to you and only you. It learns your context, your voice, your work.

Layer 02

Contract

Cryptographic terms define what your node may share, with whom, and for how long. Consent is the gate.

Layer 03

Engram

Two memory planes — a private namespace only you can read, and a synthesis plane distilled from consented signal.

Layer 04

Colony

Good knowledge propagates peer-to-peer. The mesh understands more than any node — yet no node is exposed.

04 — The Substrate

Engram is the memory the colony thinks across.

Every node remembers on a real cognitive substrate — hybrid semantic search, a knowledge graph, and lifecycle-aware recall. Two planes keep sovereignty and collective intelligence from ever colliding.

🜂
Private plane — yours alone A namespace only your node can read or write. Your conversations, files, and decisions never leave it un-consented.
Synthesis plane — the colony Validated, anonymized patterns distilled from consented signal. The good evolution every node can draw on — never the raw memory it came from.
05 — The Pact

What every node is promised.
